Argentina’s soybean yields continue to exceed expectations this season, the Rosario Grain Exchange reported, although the harvest of the key crop is still slower than usual. “Despite the delays, we are recording higher figures than initially forecast, especially in the southern agricultural region and the western part of Buenos Aires province,” the exchange said in its weekly report. It is expected that about 50 million tons of soybeans and 49 million tons of corn will be harvested this season.
