Genneia, Argentina’s biggest renewables generator,is steadily expanding its green footprint as it prepares to exit the thermoelectric generation segment by 2030. Genneia, says installing up to 200MW a year of clean capacity is possible despite the grid congestion headwinds facing the sector. Genneia also said they had mining-focused projects on the drawing board. The copper and lithium mining industries are expected to help drive investment in clean energy supply projects.
