Argentine hydrocarbons producer PCR has committed to invest US$20mn in three Mendoza province blocks after being granted a 10-year license extension. The extension, to 2037, corresponds to areas Cerro Mollar Oeste, La Brea and Puesto Rojas, in the north of the Neuquén basin.
