Mercado Libre, Latin America’s largest e-commerce and fintech platform, announced a US$2.6bn investment in Argentina for 2025, following several years of limited investment in the country. The announced investment, which includes both capital goods and operating expenses, will focus on strengthening the company’s logistics network, advancing technological development for e-commerce and financial services, marketing and contracting key services, among other areas.
